About Us

A Home Baker obsessed with flour

I started as a home baker, focusing on local ingredients.  Once I tasted fresh,  all grain flour, I had to learn more.  


Hawthorn Flour's mission is to support local home bakers on their journey to goodness.  


Healthy, yes.  But above all,  delicious.

100% all Grain Flours

Our flour is 100% extraction, containing the bran, the germ, and the endosperm of the wheat berry.  All that goodness is in there.
